Warm Up Lap

Well, here we are with a first try. I want to thank Kyle Hirsch for being the man and the brains behind getting me over to Movable Type, however the scaffolding isn't quite down as we will be doing a few changes here and there. Additionally, I want to thank Kyle for talking me out of naming this blog La Bamba.

In the meantime, while life is carrying on as usual elsewhere, UK officials have foiled another Al-Qaeda attempt to show the world its love for freedom, peace and humanity.

The plot is said to have involved pilots being trained to fly into target buildings including London's famous financial centre and the world's busiest airport.

It is one of four or five al-Qaeda planned attacks, since 9/11, that have come to nothing, after the authorities intervened, reports claim.

Michael Moore was reported to be "disappointed" to hear that the target was London and not a "church full of Jesus-lovin', monkey-hatin', Bush voters."
