TF6S on the Summit of Mt. Langley - 14,086 ft

That huge peak on the right is Mt. Whitney.

I must say, cameras don't even come close to capturing the immensity and majesty of myself the view from the summit. This is something that can only truly be experienced in person, so if you have the means, I highly recommend you make the trip. It's sooo choice.

Yeah, what is with the pink bandanna? :-)

Seriously, though, that is totally awe-inspiring. And nice picture!

Jayne, I always match my bandanas with my undergarmets.

I'm a new breed of mountain-man.

Hey TF6S-
Please forgive my long absence from your site...had a computer virus that's now been fixed with "Campbell" soup.

I have to say that being trained as a professional photographer, but being paid like a polaroid tramp, I find this photograph of Mt. Whitney to be so beautiful, both as a composition and subject matter. It looked like a gorgeous day was had. Makes me want to disconnect from my computer and go for a hike.

As for the bandana...wear what works man. It's not what you wear going on the mountain, it's the fact that you're up there in the first place.
