![]() July 11, 2007Doin' It and Doin' It and Doin' It WellJust when I conclude there isn't anyone reading this site anymore, some tough guy comes around and demands that I post more updates. How much I love thee, Jonathan, oh spur in my hiney. Anyway, I have some goodness in the sauce pan, slowly simmering. As my mom did or didn't say when I was growing up, "Boy, you just have to patient. Dinner will be ready when it is ready. Get outta my hair and go play with your dolls!" Then I'd get hit with a spoon--that part I do remember! So, in the meantime, here is a picture of a yak to tide you over: ...and that would also be Mount Everest in the background. Here's another Jonathan to goad you into posting more often - i check this frickin site every day, so keep it comin, or I'll be rolling up on your grill again. Out with Joyce and Kevin tomorrow night, so expect your ears to burn..... Posted by: BartLAY at July 11, 2007 02:02 PMGod! That looks like a heavy bag. What were you carrying...rocks? Posted by: Penelope Pitstop at July 11, 2007 04:54 PMIt looks like the yak has a bell on? So, is it safe to assume that in Tibet musical orchestrations they add Yak bell instead of our American Cow bell? I just can't get enough Yak bell. Posted by: rick at July 12, 2007 05:56 AMI keep up with your site as well, Dougie. It is a great way to follow you until you get a web camera. Posted by: uncle bill at July 14, 2007 02:37 PMIan makes me laugh. "It's too big to be a space station!" Posted by: Jayne at July 14, 2007 11:21 PMso all that stuff you smuggled back in the states came via that yak...seemed more impressive in my imagination.
